Our community is comprised of 300 homes and proud owners in Felton, Delaware. The Satterfield Development is located off of Chimney Hill Road near the intersection of DE Rte. 12, Midstate Road. Satterfield is one of the largest developments within the Lake Forest School District. Welcome to Spartan country!
 
All owners in Satterfield become members of the community's Homeowners' Association, and this webpage is for their exclusive use in communicating and sharing important information regarding the community and its HOA.
